Hi, I am 3 weeks post THR right hip surgery. I did your free video (2 breaks) and found it very helpful. Nothing felt weird or painful. I’m not new to yoga and led a fairly active life pre surgery doing some length swimming and strength/flexibility training. I had to quit any boot camps and all yoga due to my severe oa in my right hip. I’m looking at your membership videos and I’d be afraid to do some of them less I jar my new hip out of place! Particularly the side lunges (which I can’t do for at least 6 weeks) but there are also videos I see which would benefit me now without injury. Do you think I should wait until after the 6 weeks mark or can I do the videos at my discretion or is it on a schedule if I become a member??

Hi Cathy, I see by the date you wrote this note that you must be about 6 months out from your surgery? I hope your hips are thriving! I would be happy to talk with you about yoga and hips if you are still interested. I appreciate that you reached out. If you would like to chat you can email me at info@yogaforhipreplacement.com. We can set up a time. Cheers, E
